Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Steady Health ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Steady Health is a personal wellness application that processes health data from your Apple Watch and iPhone to provide insights including health confidence scores, circadian scheduling, sleep analysis, strain and recovery tracking, and early illness indicators. The App is designed for informational and wellness purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Steady Health is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The health scores, illness indicators, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions

Steady Health offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

Your Data

All health data processing occurs on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal or health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, algorithms, and content, is owned by Steady Health and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health insights will be accurate or complete. The accuracy of health data depends on your Apple Watch hardware, sensor quality, and wearing conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
