Steady Health is a wellness app that processes health data from your Apple Watch. Your privacy is fundamental to how we build.
Steady Health does not collect any personal data.
All health data processing occurs entirely on your iPhone and Apple Watch. No data is transmitted to any server, third-party service, or cloud infrastructure.
Steady Health reads the following from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission:
This data is used solely to compute your personal baseline, generate circadian schedule recommendations, calculate health and recovery scores, and detect potential illness patterns.
If you grant calendar access, Steady Health reads event times to adjust schedule recommendations around your meetings. Calendar data is processed on-device and never stored or transmitted.
Location is only used during active Lone Worker sessions to include coordinates in emergency SMS alerts. Location is never tracked, stored, or transmitted outside of emergency alerts.
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Steady Health uses no third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. The app contains zero external dependencies.
Uninstalling Steady Health removes all locally stored data. HealthKit data remains under your control through the Health app.
Steady Health is not directed at children under 13.
